Who is the call with?
The Elnora team. Everyone you will talk to has spent years at the bench and builds Elnora for labs like yours, so the conversation is scientist to scientist.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Come with the problems you most want an agent to take off your team's plate. There is no data to bring, nothing to install and no access to set up.
Who should book, and who should not?
Teams that run cell culture or in vitro assays in-house: biotech, pharma, CROs and CDMOs, academic core facilities and funded research groups, lab automation and cloud labs, and the vendors that sell to them. Elnora is built for teams with a wet lab. If yours is computational only or chemistry only, send a message and we will point you to the right place.
Why do you need a work email?
The demo is a real conversation with the team, and calendar time is finite. A company or university address is how we keep it for teams who can actually buy. Consumer addresses such as gmail are not accepted on this form; use the contact page instead.
What does Elnora cost?
An annual platform fee that covers unlimited users and tasks, onboarding, integrations and support, plus usage-based credits billed as prepaid annual credits or pay as you go. The price for your team is agreed on the call, and the structure is on the pricing page.
Is our data safe?
Elnora is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 Type 2 attested. Your data is never used to train models, and the trust center publishes the full posture.
