How much does Elnora cost?
An annual platform fee, and credits on top for the work Elnora does. The fee is set by the size of your organisation.
What do credits get spent on?
Credits pay for the models, the sandbox computing time and the storage. Routing, caching and reusing what Elnora already knows keep those costs down.
Do you mark up model prices?
No. You pay what the models cost us, so when model prices fall your usage cost falls with them.
Does Elnora charge per user?
No. One annual fee covers the whole lab, however many people you put on it.
What happens when credits run out?
Just top it up and you are good to go again.
Is there a fee to add credits?
No. The sum you load is the sum you spend on your work, across the whole team.
Can we use our own model keys?
Yes. Bring your provider key, the model bills reach you directly, and the platform fee stays the same.
Can we pay after the work is done?
Yes, on an enterprise agreement, where a monthly invoice replaces loading credits up front.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. We serve you better on an annual contract, because we put a lot of effort into your success.
How do we pay?
By invoice through Stripe, settled by bank transfer or card, with payment due thirty days from the invoice date.
Is tax included?
No. Fees are stated before tax, and any that applies in your country is added to the invoice.
