You pay a yearly platform fee plus usage-based charges for the work Elnora does. Usage is tracked in real-time and billed monthly through Stripe.
Credits are purchased upfront and stored in your Elnora account. Your balance draws down in real-time as you use the platform. When it reaches zero, purchase more to continue. Credits are valid for 12 months.
With pay as you go, you're billed monthly after you use Elnora, based on your actual consumption.
Usage is measured based on LLM calls you and Elnora make. This includes protocol generation, optimization, web search, literature search, database queries, and more.
No. You can share credits between all team members or get one bill based on the pay as you go pricing model. The annual platform fee is fixed and does not depend on the number of team members.
Yes, you can switch payment options at the end of your current billing cycle. Contact our team to discuss the best timing for your transition.
