Which security certifications does an AI research platform need for pharma?
An ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation against the Security trust services criteria, both independently audited. The certificate is in the Trust Center and the report comes on request.
Can an AI vendor add a certification our review requires?
Yes. Name the certification your review needs, and anything beyond what Elnora already holds is in place before we sign contracts. security@elnora.ai answers security questionnaires.
Is our research data used to train AI models?
Your data is never used to train models, and the frontier models Elnora calls run under commercial terms that bar training too, with prompt content kept for abuse monitoring, typically thirty days.
Where is our research data hosted, and what covers the GDPR transfer?
Elnora hosts customer data in the United States, with European Union hosting on request, under a Data Processing Addendum carrying Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum. Each subprocessor is published, with thirty days to object.
Who owns the protocols and results an AI agent produces?
You do. The protocols and results Elnora produces are yours, you export them whenever you ask, and the service is offered Research Use Only.
