Elnora and EFS AI Agent Series
Tallinn, Estonia
Two evening workshops and a full Build Day, run with the Estonian Founders Society. All three sold out, and teams left Build Day with working agents.
The series was structured as a progression rather than three standalone sessions. A single workshop tends to produce interest without output, because the hardest part is starting, and that happens later and alone. Splitting the format let the two evening workshops handle instruction and Build Day handle construction, with participants who by then knew one another and had working environments.
The workshops on 8 and 10 June covered what an agent is and how to give one tools and boundaries. Build Day followed on 12 June at Estonian Business School, where teams spent the day building.
The series ran with in-kind support from Coop Pank and Estonian Business School, which provided venues, and from TooEarly Ventures and PracticeGate.
