Elnora Is Certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022

Elnora AI has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management. The certificate was issued on 27 February 2026 and runs to 26 February 2029.

Certification followed a two-stage independent audit. The certified scope is the information security management system behind Elnora's platform, which generates and optimises preclinical wet-lab protocols. It covers how customer data is stored and accessed, how access is granted and withdrawn, what suppliers may do with data, and how security incidents are handled.

ISO 27001 certifies a management system rather than testing a product once. It requires a defined scope, an applied risk assessment method, documented controls, and evidence that the system is reviewed and improved on a schedule. The certificate is subject to annual surveillance audits and a full recertification every three years.

For the pharmaceutical and biotech teams that evaluate Elnora, an ISO 27001 certificate is a standard prerequisite in vendor security review, and its absence is a common reason procurement stalls.

Elnora completed a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation three months later, in May 2026.

Certification documents, the current control set and the subprocessor list are published in the Elnora Trust Center. A copy of the certificate is available on request through press@elnora.ai.
