Elnora Open-Sources the Tools It Runs On

Elnora AI has published sixteen repositories of its internal tooling as public open source under the Apache 2.0 licence. The largest batch was released in July 2026.

The repositories fall into two groups. The first is the tooling Elnora built to run itself rather than to serve the platform: workspace and calendar automation, an issue-tracker interface, event management, compliance evidence collection, a messaging bridge, a knowledge-base toolkit and search tooling. Each is a single repository for a single tool, installable independently.

The second group is platform-facing: the Elnora command-line interface, an MCP server that connects any compatible client to the platform, a plugin marketplace, and starter kits aimed at scientists and at hackathon teams.

Publishing internal operations tooling is uncommon. Elnora's stated reasons are that a research team evaluating an AI vendor can read how that vendor actually operates, which is more informative than a description of it, and that the tools address problems other small teams share.

The repositories are published under the Elnora-AI organisation on GitHub.
