Elnora Publishes Terms, Privacy, DPA, SLA and AUP

Elnora AI published its full set of customer-facing legal documents in December 2025: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Service Level Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.

Every document is public and readable without an account or a sales conversation. Each carries a clearly displayed effective date, a link to its previous versions, and an archive banner on superseded ones, so a reader can establish which terms were in force on any given date.

The Data Processing Addendum sets out GDPR and CCPA processing terms. The Acceptable Use Policy includes biosafety requirements, which is unusual in software terms and reflects that Elnora generates protocols for physical laboratory work rather than text alone.

Publishing the full set unprompted is a deliberate inversion of the normal order, in which legal terms arrive late in a procurement process. For research teams handling sensitive data, the terms are frequently the deciding factor rather than a formality.
