Carmen Kivisild Named a 2026 Women Tech Awards Honoree

The Women Tech Council named Elnora AI founder Carmen Kivisild a 2026 Women Tech Awards Honoree on 8 July 2026. She was selected from more than 120 nominees across Utah's technology industry.

The Women Tech Awards recognise women leading technical work and building companies in the state. The 2026 cohort spans software, healthcare, aerospace and life sciences. The award ceremony is held in Salt Lake City in September 2026.

Kivisild came to the company from laboratory research rather than management. She holds a PhD and spent several years running preclinical wet-lab experiments, which is where Elnora's premise originated: that a substantial share of preclinical time is consumed not by the science but by the protocol work surrounding it, performed manually and repeatedly by senior scientists.

She moved from Estonia to Salt Lake City in January 2025 to build the company, which has been based in Utah since.

The recognition follows Kivisild's inclusion in the 2025 Mayfield and Divot AI List, and precedes Elnora being named a finalist in the Utah Business 2026 Innovation Awards later the same month.
